Grooved conveyor rollers

Grooved conveyor rollers




Grooved rollers for lineshaft conveyors are available with zinc plated steel tubes and stainless steel tubes in a choice of tube diameters from 30mm up to 60mm. Single or double grooved rollers are available. You can choose the number and location of grooves, while anti-static construction is standard.

Grooved rollers for lineshaft conveyors are available with zinc plated steel tubes and stainless steel tubes in a choice of tube diameters from 30mm up to 60mm. Single or double grooved rollers are available. You can choose the number and location of grooves, while anti-static construction is standard.

Belt conveyor rollers

Our range of belt conveyor rollers includes belt snubbing, belt tensioning and support rollers for belt conveyors. Precision bearings are fitted as standard and are best suited for continuous running, even at high speeds. Sealed versions are also available for dirty and arduous environments.

We manufacture tapered rollers to suit an inside radius of either 500mm or 800mm. Both sizes can be assembled with a choice of bearing types to suit your requirements. Free running bearings are best suited to gravity conveyors, while precision bearings are usually fitted for continuous running applications such as grooved or sprocket driven rollers.

Free running option for gravity roller conveyors
All tapered conveyor rollers have a sealed bearing option for wash-down areas
50mm diameter base roller can be grooved for lineshaft conveyors
Single or double 14 tooth x 1/2" sprockets can be fitted (choice of steel or nylon sprockets)
Grade 316 stainless steel base roller tube and spindle options

 From 30mm diameter medium/heavy duty up to 102mm diameter heavy duty steel rollers fitted with welded steel sprockets, we can meet your specification. Single and double sprocket options are available for all fixed driven conveyor rollers.

  Medium duty push fit driven roller - fitted with steel 14 tooth x ½” sprocket
  All friction driven conveyor rollers have single or double sprocket options available

Plastic rollers are designed to convey lightweight loads. When combined with stainless steel bearings and spindles they are perfect for use in humid or wash-down environments. A sealed bearing roller is also available for arduous applications and can be used as a belt return roller.

Low cost alternative to stainless steel tube rollers
Plastic conveyor rollers are available in either grey and blue.
Ideal for use in humid, wet or wash-down environments
Non-marking benefits when in contact with the white top surface of flat or modular belts
